Please show up 5-10 minutes early for your appointments, if possible. To maintain a calm and relaxing spa experience for all clients and technicians, we respectfully ask that no unaccompanied minors be left in the spa and salon before, during, and after an appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

As a courtesy to the Grace Marie Spa & Salon staff's time and schedule, we ask that clients contact us 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment if they cannot make it. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged a $25 cancellation fee and will be required to pay in full for their next service at the time of scheduling.
